A first-year at Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy and Ryōna's twin sister. She has a foul-mouthed, violent temper, partly because of her natural sadistic streak and partly because she still grieves for her big sister, Ryōki, who died young on a shinobi mission. At first, Ryōbi believed that Miyabi had killed her sister in battle, and so she roped Ryōna into a revenge plot, transferred to Hebijo from Gessen, joined Miyabi's team and searched for a chance to betray and murder her. One fierce but ultimately bloodless battle later, Ryōbi learned that a yōma had been the one to kill Ryōki, and that Miyabi had only been there at the time. With no permanent harm done, Miyabi forgave Ryōbi and Ryōna's betrayal and kept them on her team as skilled allies. In battle, Ryōbi wields a long sniper rifle, with which she both guns down targets at long range and bludgeons them up close.
